"Napoli Centrale" is the debut album of the Italian musical group of the same name, released in 1975. Napoli Centrale was founded in 1974, in addition to the two Italian musicians Senese and Del Prete, the line up includes American Mark Harris and British Ton Walmsley who lived in Naples and were perfectry integrated. The Philosophy and politics of Napoli Centrale are mainly in the hands of Del Prete, but the form and musical ethics are in the hands of Senese. Senese is the one who mixes the dynamism of jazz-rock and the smooth sounds of jazz fusion to the sounds of Naple's backstreets and to the ethnic sounds of the Mediterranean sea.
