Sheila Guo confirms in a Senate hearing that she left the country together with siblings Alice and Wesley via boat.

She said that the three of them left a farm in Tarlac on a van around 7 p.m. before boarding a small white boat just around midnight and then transferring to a boat with fishing nets early in the morning.

After this, they transferred again to a green or blue vessel.
