In 2014, he set up "Solafrique", a company specialising in renewable energy. The company markets solar-powered pumping and irrigation systems that can be controlled remotely.

Ouedi Ernest ASSO dreams of seeing his solution spread among all African farmers, particularly those in Burkina Faso.
