Drifting away is deep, melodic, drum and bass. The track is reminiscent of the subliminal good looking records releases of the early nineties, with a darker undertone of menace.

The video is a visual journey through the globalised society we live in. Using news footage, our common medium for interpreting the world; it juxtaposes both capitalist and communist images, showing the common factor of depersonalization and deferred life plan which exist within both, where value systems are forged by propaganda and advertising. Magic pill obsessed societies chasing the gold at the end an imaginary rainbow, never satisfied but for a fleeting moment with the present.

Images are heavily stylized and manipulated making the familiar unfamiliar. We are led through the mythical stock market of abstract numbers to the brutal crushing of demonstrations in China. A man made chaos to which the world subscribes.
