In a significant escalation of the ongoing conflict, Russian forces have launched precision strikes on the western Ukrainian city of Lviv, located near the NATO border, and the central town of Poltava. These strategic attacks targeted key Ukrainian military and infrastructure facilities, resulting in the deaths of several civilians, including a 14-year-old girl, and extensive damage to historic buildings in Lviv.
