The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) on Thursday, Sept. 5 said a large part of Luzon, which has been affected by heavy rainfall from Typhoon “Yagi” (formerly “Enteng”) and the southwest monsoon (habagat), may experience improved weather by Friday, Sept. 6.
