Hollywood crews take over Edinburgh's Royal Mile to film Guillermo del Toro's Frankenstein

Film crews working on Netflix’s upcoming Frankenstein adaption have taken over the Royal Mile in Edinburgh.

Parliament Square has been transformed for the period film, which is being directed by Guillermo del Toro and developed under the working title “Prodigal Father”.
