• Green chilli: 8-10 pcs
• Ginger: 1 cube
• Garlic: 7-8 pcs
• Coriander leafs
• Mint leafs
• Yougurt: 3 tbsp
• Cream : 4 tbsp
• Lemon juice : 1
• Corn flour: 3 tbsp
• Garam masala powder: 1 tbsp
• Turmeric: 1 and half tsp
• White papper: 1 and half tsp
• Roasted Crushed Cumin powder: 1 tsp
• Citric acid: 2 pinch
• Salt: ⅓ tbsp / according to your taste
• Fenugreek leafs: half tsp
• Green food colour ( optional )
• Ghee : 4 tbsp
