Deputy Prime Minister Angela Rayner has announced that Labour's flagship Employment Rights Bill will be presented before parliament next month. She said the legislation would repeal "anti-worker laws" introduced by the Conservatives, end zero hour contracts and fire and rehire and bring in new protections for workers from day one of employment.
