Investigators looking into poisonous snail-filled millet dumplings have ruled out farmers' use of pesticides after three people died and several more ended up in intensive care. Prosecutors are now focused on two scenarios, either accidental use of the poison in cooking, or deliberate poisoning by persons unknown.
