Realizing she needs medicine, Lazarus heads to the pharmacy, where a medical worker questions why he's not in church. Meanwhile, Ray experiences unsettling thoughts, fearing someone might take advantage of her, but then realizes it was just a dream. The scene shifts back to Lazarus, who is being instructed on how to use the medicine before he leaves the pharmacy.
