Nick Knowles' Strictly training is 'tougher than rugby'

TV presenter Nick Knowles has admitted his training for 'Strictly Come Dancing' is "tougher than rugby" and he's lost more than two stone since he started rehearsals which has helped make him a more "elegant" dancer.
