Arroyo files CoC as Pampanga's 2nd District representative again

Former president and now Pampanga 2nd Dist. Rep. Gloria Macapagal Arroyo files her certificate of candidacy (CoC) for reelection at the Commission on Elections (Comelec) office in San Fernando City on Oct. 5, 2024. If she wins, Arroyo would be on her eighth non consecutive term at the House of Representatives. She was together with Pampanga Gov. Dennis Pineda, Vice Gov. Baby Pineda and other local officials
