Instructions:
Separate the yolks from the egg whites and whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
Once the whites are well whipped, transfer half of the mixture into a greased ramekin.
Create a small well in the center of the “cloud,” pour in the yolk, and cover with more egg white. For an even tastier result, sprinkle with sesame seeds!
Cook in the air fryer at 180°C (356°F) for about 5 minutes, or in a convection oven at 200°C (392°F) for about 8 minutes!
