The Venezuelan public ministry presented evidence where Brazilian president Lula da Silva manipulated an alleged accident in order not to attend the 16th BRICS summit. Venezuelan attorney general Tarek William Saab pointed out that Lula da Silva's alleged accident was a hoax to veto Venezuela, evading his responsibility before Russian president Vladimir Putin.
