कार्तिक माह के कृष्ण पक्ष की चतुर्दशी तिथि को नरक चतुर्दशी मनाई जाती है. हिंदू पंचांग के अनुसार इस साल कार्तिक माह के कृष्ण पक्ष की चतुर्दशी 30 अक्टूबर की सुबह 11 बजकर 32 मिनट से शुरु हो रही है. चतुर्दशी तिथि अगले दिन यानी 31 अक्टूबर को दोपहर 2 बजकर 53 मिनट पर समाप्त हो रही है. चूंकि यम चतुर्दशी की पूजा प्रदोष काल यानी शाम के समय की जाती है इसलिए नरक चतुर्दशी 30 अक्टूबर को मनाई जाएगी. नरक चतुर्दशी पर यम के नाम का दीपक प्रदोष काल (Pradosh Kaal) में ही जलाया जाता है. इस दिन यम के नाम का दीपक जलाने और यम की पूजा के लिए शुभ मुहूर्त शाम 5 बजकर 30 मिनट से 7 बजकर 2 मिनट तक रहेगा. इस दौरान आप यम के नाम का दीपक जला सकते हैं.वीडियो में जानें नरक चतुर्दशी के दिन किसकी पूजा होती है, रूप चौदस पर क्या करें ?
