A glimpse into the devastation caused by the recent storm in Valencia is captured in this video.
"The water began flooding the streets while I was working, so I couldn't go home," the filmer, Noa, told WooGlobe. "My coworkers and I moved up to the first floor, but the water kept rising.
"People were trapped in their cars, unable to escape. Thankfully, it calmed down a few hours later, and a woman took me into her home with her daughters."
Amid the stressful flood visuals, Noa observed people looting, entering supermarkets, and breaking into cars.
"My family and I are safe, but many families, homes, and businesses have been destroyed," the filmer added.
