A 24-year-old man has been detained after fireworks during a birthday party caused a fire in the open hall of Arena Square Teluk Intan on Sunday (Nov 3).
Hilir Perak OCPD Asst Comm Ahmad Adnan Basri said the lorry driver was arrested at his home in Teluk Intan at 3pm on Monday (Nov 4).
