The Privy Council is set to make a decision on whether our Court of Appeal can review judgements on bail applications for murder. The case is being taken to the Privy Council by a former Attorney General, Anand Ramlogan in light of a 2023 judgement denying six police officers bail on murder charges. Rynessa Cutting has more.
