This is the moment a group of saboteurs and hunters clashed - with one horse rider appearing to whip a protester.

North London Hunt Saboteurs confronted a group near Braintree, Essex earlier this month.

Footage from November 9 shows one horse rider raising their whip hand - and seemingly striking a saboteur.

Essex Police said the force was aware of the incident.

Rhys Giles, 32 and from Camden, north London, has worked for the saboteurs for six years.
