General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam To Lam, who is on a three-day official visit to Malaysia, was accorded an official welcome at Dataran Perdana in Putrajaya on Thursday (Nov 21).

Lam was greeted by Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim on arrival.
