I have to download the video on the library laptop, in order to publish the cellphone video I have to download it on YouTube. The criminal hacker is changing the resolution of the video so you can't see me clearly in the video, SL.
This crime has happened many times.
The video takes a long time to download, and as it takes a long time to download they say it because I am changing the resolution of your video. It takes very little time to download the video if the video is not being tampered with and changed.
