Despite her degree in Financial and Accounting Techniques, Aminata DICKO/KONATÉ found her true calling in the restaurant business. In 2019, her passion for cooking led her to open a small restaurant, which was unfortunately destroyed by fire a week after it opened.
These ordeals strengthened Aminata DICKO/KONATÉ's determination, especially with the support of her husband. Today, she runs the "Ami Dokounou" restaurant where she offers her customers dokounou made from white maize, yellow maize, sorghum and millet.
Aminata DICKO/KONATÉ is proud of her achievements and has no intention of stopping there. In the next few years, she hopes to have her own land to grow produce that she will process in her restaurant.
