Sabrina decided to combine the best of three worlds—cookies, brownies, and croissants—into one treat.

She filled buttery, flaky croissant dough with a rich mixture of cookie and brownie batter, creating a perfect blend of textures and flavors.

To make it even more special, she spread the same luscious mixture on top of the croissants before baking them to golden perfection.

When the croissants came out of the oven, they looked absolutely irresistible.
