NATO Secretary-General Mark Rutte stated the alliance's focus is to ensure Ukraine is prepared for any future peace negotiations with Russia. His remarks came during a meeting in Brussels with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and European leaders. Zelenskyy is set to attend an EU summit in Brussels on Thursday.
