Gateshead Liberal Democrat councillor and North East Combined Authority overview and scrutiny committee member, Dawn Welsh, has called for a special meeting with Mayor Kim McGuinness and Deputy Mayor Martin Gannon to be held in the New Year to discuss the Gateshead flyover crisis.
