On October 7, 2024, mourners gathered outside Sydney's town hall for a vigil honoring innocent lives lost in the Israel-Palestine conflict since October 7, 2023.
"A few days prior, organizers submitted an application to the Supreme Court, as the NSW State government was attempting to prevent both the Sunday march and Monday vigil," the filmer, Linda, told WooGlobe. "The court permitted both the Sunday rally and the vigil the following day.
"Police maintained a relatively friendly presence, no disturbances occurred, and the event concluded around 8 pm, which is when I recorded the video."
