If you just so happen to be on the same exact route that I choose to record as a timelapse (as a visual for a musical composition or soundtrack), you aren't being stalked or followed.
Making baseless claims like that can get you into legal trouble (false police report, no evidence to support claims).
There is no reasonable expectation of privacy out in public. It's also protected by the charter (section 2).
Other thing is, I don't obsess about or follow/stalk people. It's something I despise greatly.

If you aren't aware of how timelapses are made, it takes many hours of recording (and dedication) to produce just a few minutes of video. It's one of many hobbies I enjoy doing.
