Pat Stedman, 36, one of the January 6 Capitol rioters, expressed relief after being pardoned by Donald Trump on January 20, 2025.
Stedman, who stormed the Capitol shouting slogans, served a year in prison after his initial four-year sentence was reduced.
He maintains he was non-violent and has "no regrets" about his actions, describing them as part of "life's adventure."
Stedman, a business owner from New York City, was one of 1,500 pardoned by Trump, marking what he called the end of a "constant struggle."
He remains optimistic about Trump's presidency.
