The US Supreme Court has cleared 26/11 Mumbai terror Attack convict Tahawwur Rana’s extradition to India. The US Supreme Court dismissed his petition for a writ of certiorari, which sought review of the lower court's ruling for his extradition. Rana is a Pakistani-origin Canadian businessman. He played a major role in the 2008 Mumbai terror attacks, carried out by 10 Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) terrorists, killing 166 people. Rana helped the LeT in carrying out the Mumbai attacks. He is also an associate of 26/11 chief conspirator Pakistani-American terrorist David Coleman Headley, also known as “Daood Gilani”.
