The Trump administration's new secretary of state, former Florida Senator Marco Rubio, has arrived in Panama to discuss Trump's demands for U.S. control over the Panama Canal. It's the top diplomat's first stop on a multi-nation visit to the region, where Rubio is also expected to discuss Trump's planned migrant repatriation program.
