NSW Health Minister Ryan Park has condemned footage he called one of the 'most vile, shocking and appalling videos' he'd ever seen, after a man and woman claiming to be NSW doctors, but identified as nurses, were filmed on cam-chat site ChatRuletka declaring they would refuse to treat Israeli people and allegedly bragging about killing Israeli patients presented to their ward.
