Dubai-based budget carrier flydubai signed an agreement with the Mohammed bin Rashid Aerospace Hub (MBRAH) for its first purpose-built Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) facility on Wednesday on the sidelines of the Dubai Airshow 2023.
