Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelenskyy is calling for fair negotiations that include Ukraine, the EU, UK, and Türkiye as the U.S. and Russia begin talks.

Speaking alongside Turkish President Tayyip Erdogan, Zelenskyy stressed that any discussions about Ukraine’s future must not happen “behind our backs.”

Kyiv was not invited to the meeting, and Zelenskyy has canceled a planned trip to Saudi Arabia on February 19 to avoid "any coincidences," he said.
