Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has said that he will not accept any deal that US President Donald Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin make if Ukraine is not included in the peace talks. Zelensky also accused the United States of trying to please Vladimir Putin with their proposal of speeding up the talks as Trump and Putin try and hold a meeting together. Meanwhile, Secretary of State Marco Rubio and Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov met in Saudi Arabia and discussed how to make Trump and Putin meet and begin negotiations for ending the war in Ukraine. On the other hand, European nations met in France and opposed any talks where they were involved. Several nations including the UK, France, Sweden and Norway even said they are open to deploying their troops to Ukraine.
