The commander of Iran’s Revolutionary Guards Hossein Salami vowed to deliver a "decisive and devastating" response to any enemy who executes their threats.

Speaking during a ceremony in Urmia, Salami also said Yemen's Houthis take strategic and operational decisions on their own, and assume responsibility for everything they do.
