Big Heads aka Big Head Mode

To unlock Big Head mode, enter the Cathedral of Pain

- Drop down the shaft into the lava. Find the spinning blades and then find a pole with a hole, drop down the left side. After that, a teddy bear will flash on screen to confirm the cheat was unlocked. To activate the cheat, go to the secrets option at the main menu screen and turn it on. Enjoy!!
