Ghaziabad, UP – A 64-year-old man, Pati Singh, was beaten to death with a cricket bat by his daughter-in-law after he allegedly harassed her repeatedly. The incident took place in a flat where they lived together following the death of Singh’s son due to COVID-19.

According to reports, the woman, who was living with her children, endured frequent harassment from her father-in-law. Unable to tolerate his advances any longer, she attacked him in a fit of rage, leading to his death.

Police have taken up the case and are investigating the circumstances surrounding the killing.
