Pseudo-monsoon delivers flooding rains to Queensland and NSW

Parts of south-east Queensland and northern New South Wales are expecting hundreds of millimetres of rain in the next 48-hours. The Bureau of Meteorology's Angus Hines says some Queensland areas are expected to exceed their annual average rainfall totals by the end of the week.
