Chapli Kabab Recipe | Juicy & Spicy Pashtun Style Kababs

👉 Ingredients:
500g minced beef
1 chopped onion
2 tbsp crushed coriander seeds
1 tbsp red chili flakes
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tomato (finely chopped)
2 tbsp gram flour
1 green chili (chopped)
1 tsp salt
Fresh coriander & mint leaves
1 egg (for binding)
Oil for frying
🔥 Instructions:
1️⃣ Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and shape into flat patties.
2️⃣ Heat oil in a pan and shallow-fry the kababs until golden brown.
3️⃣ Serve hot with naan, chutney, and salad!
