Civic groups in northern Taiwan are intensifying their push to recall opposition lawmakers by launching a shared office in New Taipei City. The office aims to streamline efforts across multiple campaigns targeting legislators from the greater Taipei area. At the same time, about a dozen recall petitions targeting ruling Democratic Progressive Party lawmakers remain under review by the Central Election Commission.
