CGTN reporters on the ground say a pregnant woman has been safely rescued from the Sky Villa apartment building by China's search and rescue team.

Rescue efforts continued on Monday after a 7.7 magnitude earthquake struck Myanmar last Friday, killing more than 2,000 people, injuring more than 3,900 and leaving 270 still missing.
