Cloudy skies and rain showers will persist over parts of Northern Luzon and Mindanao due to the northeasterly wind flow and the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ), said the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) on Friday, April 4.
