Opposition parties in Jammu and Kashmir have come out all guns blazing against former Chief Minister Farooq Abdullah after former Raw chief AS Dulat claimed in his book that the National Conference president told him that he could have "helped" pass the proposal to abrogate Article 370 in the Assembly if the Centre had taken him into confidence.
