Fans flock to Star Wars celebration as new film announced

Ardent Star Wars fans flock to a celebration event in Japan as Lucasfilm announces a new film -- 'Star Wars: Starfighter.' Oscar-nominated actor Ryan Gosling will star in the upcoming film due for release in May 2027, the filmmaker announced on April 18, 2025 at the Star Wars celebration event.
