Disgraced former New York Rep. George Santos was sentenced to 87 months in prison on Friday, April 25. Ahead of the hearing, Santos, 36, told The New York Times that he had resigned to his fate and was mentally preparing for a lengthy prison term, adding, “I came to this world alone. I will deal with it alone, and I will go out alone."
