A U.S. airstrike hit a detention centre in Saada leaving 68 dead and 47 others wounded, according to Yemen's Houthi-run Al Masirah TV.
The detention center was reportedly housing 115 African migrants.
There has been no immediate comment from the U.S. military.
The strike came just hours after U.S. Central Command announced its forces had hit more than 800 targets since Donald Trump ordered an intensified air campaign against the Houthis in March.
