On a ranch out in the valleys live a family of Spaniards who take pride in their strong lineage as cheese connoisseurs. However, anguish has struck their hearts reeling over their middle brother, Enrique, breaking family tradition and indulging in the Italian garnish known as Parmesean. The oldest brother, Ricardo, warns the youngest brother, Miguel, to keep an eye out for Enrique because he cannot be trusted, especially around the family queso which has been passed down from generation to generation.
