The Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) is currently affecting Palawan and Mindanao, bringing cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms to these areas, according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) on Thursday, May 1.
