A Polish company claims to have created a real-life Star Wars-style speeder bike.

Volonaut has revealed the AirBike — a one-person, jet-powered hoverbike that can reportedly fly at speeds of up to 124 mph without using propellers.

Recently emerged from stealth mode, the AirBike features a proprietary stabilisation system for automatic hovering.

Inventor Tomasz Patan first achieved stable flight in May 2023 after multiple design iterations.

While technical details, price, and production timeline remain undisclosed, Volonaut describes the futuristic vehicle as a “superbike for the skies.”
